It was time to focus on the league after a successful two weeks in Cup games. The Tigers continued their winning streak and made it double figures today despite Notley putting on an impressive display and scoring a deserved consolation goal.

The Tigers started the scoring off in the 4th minute when George Bass got on the end of a ball from midfield, went on a solo run and beat the keeper. George doubled his tally on 10 minutes when William Putt slotted the ball through for George to finish. Daniel 'on a mission' Whitley got the first of his four goals on 11 minutes following a goal mouth scramble. William Putt made it 4 - 0 on 13 minutes after beating the keeper to the ball. The Tigers put on a confident performance today, although occasionally we were looking a little lacklustre in the October sunshine.

Lukas Darby donned the goalie gloves and for much of the game didn't have much to do but made the critical saves when needed. Connor Unwin and Mitchell Dean, resident Tigers defenders, were solid and collected every ball that came their way. The midfield unit of Daniel Woolmer, William Putt, Callum Abbott and Harry Blenkarn worked hard for each other. Daniel Whitley, Jake Miall and George Bass did a splendid job upfront with all three harassing the keeper during the game.

In the second half the Tigers stepped it up a gear, George Bass got his hatrick on 37 minutes after getting on the end of a quick Daniel Woolmer throw in, Connor Unwin made it 6 - 0 after showing off his excellent dribbling skills to shoot past the keeper. Daniel Whitley then went on a mad four minute goal spree scoring in the 41st, 43rd and finally 44th minute after getting on the end of a William Putt corner. Daniel Woolmer finished off the rout on 50 minutes (+5!) to make it 10 - 1 to the Tigers.

An overall positive display from the Tigers, however we must remember to keep our shape, challenge and chase every ball down for the whole game.

Man of the Match: Daniel Whitley: He gave the keeper nightmares with four great goals, superb Daniel!
