The Hawks welcomed Charles to the fold, and with top scorer and captain David missing along with striker Kian and the wing wizard Sam also missing, it was a chance for Jason and Harrison to have a run out for the Hawks. The line up this week is The ever dependable Liam Bull between the sticks Henry and Ronnie at the back Jimbo, Jack "waspy" and Liam Barratt along the middle with Bren "torres" taking up his striking roll.....................

With the wind blowing one way then the next the Hawks kicked off, straight from the start the hawks took the game to a very big Hatfield team, with Captain Jimbo getting in one of his many crunching tackles, the ball fell for Jack who passed to Liam on the right who crossed the ball only to see the Hatfield defender stop the ball with his hand "free kick" just outside the box on the right, Bren stepped up to take the kick and hit a "Ronaldo" in swinger( cracking strike) was on target and out of no were captain Jimbo flung himself at the ball "diving Shoulder" back of the net 1 0 Hawks, the hawks were pinging the ball round and had plenty of chances to increase the lead but they either went just over or just pass the goal or there keeper who was cracking saving them, the hawks defence of Ronnie and Henry were on top form clearing anythink that came there way, six minutes in Ronnie went for the ball and got a boot in the teeth so Jason came on to make his debut, Liam Barratt was playing rearly well on the right wing and if not for the keeper of Hatfield "who held everything"  would of opened his account, another new hawks player made his debut this time Charlie came into the action, it was not long till Charlie had his first goal after a few shots Bren got down the byline and whipped in a great cross and Charlie slotted home 2 0 Hawks, Hatfield nearly got a goal back from a corner swung in ,Liam came out but the bounce beat him and Hatfield saw the ball go across the goal line hit the post and Jimbo cleared, confusion as to wether the ball crossed the line which from were i was the hole of the ball never crossed so no goal, Jack "waspy" French was banging the ball from well out and after seeing one effort come of the crossbar earlier on, he hit a "waspy" special just inside the Hatfield half top of the goal the impresive hatfield keeper had no chance 3 0, Harrison then came on for his debut and was soon in the action getting stuck in, the hawks were very impresive this half with Bren ,Jack, Jimbo, Liam and Charlie all had chances to score and right near the end of the half Charlie got his second from a sweet passing move with Bren again playing Charlie in who finished like a pro great shot 4 0, Halftime ...................

Hatfield got this half underway but again found no way through the impresive Hawks defence of ronnie and Henry, Hawks kept sweeping forward and with Jack pulling the strings in the middle along with great wing play from the hawks we were knocking on the door, the hawks got there 5th of the game with Jimbo finding Jack who found Charlie who slipped it to Bren who hit a great shot top right back of the net 5 0 hawks, Bren then took a breather and Liam came back on the right with Charlie now playing up front, Jack was every were as usuall and had a couple more goes from distance and on another day would of added to his tally but found a keeper in top form, Charlie was making great runs up front and was unlucky not to get his hatrick when Liam slid a pin point pass to him only to see his shot go just over, his hatrick was not far away and on ten minutes he got his third from a great run cut inside and smashed it in "Hatrick debut" 6 0 Hawks, Liam in goal was getting cold so Charlie had a go between the sticks another utility player, Bren coming back on up front and within two minutes of coming back on should of had his second, when he hit a thunderous shot which there keeper saved on the line this time our boys were shouting it was over, but again was hard to say so no goal, the hawks had more chances to score more but could not add to there tally the game finishing 6 0 hawks....

Even with a few cogs missing the hawks played rearly well as a team, with both new boys to football Harrison and Jason having good games very solid when they came on, Charlie slotted into the team with ease and was very impressive with a debut hatrick, Hatfield played well and are a good determined side and with a great work ethic and a credit to you Safron, WELL DONE ALL THE BOYS ........ The score was 6-0.
