The boys suffered their second loss of the season against a well organised Great Notley; Focus Ferrers took the lead after 10 minutes from a very good corner from Nathan Putt who found Ben Allen unmarked in the box who then drove the ball hard into the back of the net. Great Notley came straight back and scored an equaliser meaning the tie was in the balance at half time. After the break the team could not get back in to the rhythm of playing football down the channels and subsequently got caught out twice around the box and conceded 2 quick goals to make it 3-1 to Great Notley, this then spurned the boys on and after several failed attacks Ben Allen got the ball across the box for Nathan to side foot home for 2-3.
