Match report

A tougnh game that we needed to win with a few players missing it was always going to be tough and having started quite well we conceded 3 in the last 15 minutes of the 1st half with some sloppy work and a strange penalty however the boys bounced back well to get one back through a fine move and good finish by Cameron.

the 2nd half begain with us gradually getting more possession and against the run of play Saints scored afgain but the boys were fantastic from this point to the end and some great work created a string of chances and when an excellent penalty opportunity was denied the resulting corned eventually landed at George's feet who finished well. On we marched and another great passing move led to George crossing the ball to the back post where Ant hit the header so hard it nearly broke the net. The rest of the game was much the same but we just could not get the equaliser having hit the post twice and missed the target more than we would have liked. In the end a disappointing 4-3 defeat but another great 2nd half
